Three questions.

Applying for General applicationPick a role instead

Optional CV, no cover letter. Answer three questions. There are no correct answers, only revealing ones. We read how you reason when the signal fights back, and we get back to you within 72 hours.

First

Where are you, and what work do you want to own here?

Post, discipline, the shape of the job you would write for yourself.

A contact crosses your airspace radiating nothing: no emission, no transponder, moving like the wind moves leaves. Your radar returns a whisper indistinguishable from clutter. How do you decide it is a threat and not a bird?

We are not looking for the textbook answer. We are looking for how you think when the signal refuses to cooperate.

Fifty returns appear at once. Forty-nine are meant to exhaust you; one is not. You have four seconds and one operator. What in the way the fifty behave, not what they are, tells you which one matters?

Invent the tell. Argue for it.

Is there something you have been wanting to build in this space but never had the chance to? What is it, and why does it stick with you?

The one that keeps coming back. Tell us why it has not let go of you.

A CV never hurts, and it is never required. The three answers decide.
